Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://donnabrighton.com (the "Site"), operated by Brighton Leadership Group, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as Brighton Leadership ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who We Are
Brighton Leadership Group, LLC d/b/a Brighton Leadership provides coaching, facilitation, speaking, advisory services, and the Vision and Vines retreat experience to individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations.
Donna Brighton is the founder and principal of Brighton Leadership Group, LLC.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any connected accounts.
- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our prior written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers/networks connected to it.
Services Described on This Site
The Site describes services including coaching, facilitation, the High Five Mastermind, private advisory, speaking engagements, and the Vision and Vines retreat. Descriptions of these services on the Site are for informational purposes and do not themselves constitute an offer or contract. A binding agreement for services is formed only when both parties have agreed to specific terms, such as through a signed agreement, invoice, or confirmed booking.
Scheduling and Inquiries
Submitting the contact form or scheduling a conversation through Calendly does not create any obligation on either party to proceed with services. These are preliminary steps to determine fit.
Pricing and Payment for Retreats and Engagements
We do not collect payment through this Site. Pricing and payment terms for the Vision and Vines retreat, coaching, facilitation, advisory work, and any other engagement are established individually by mutual agreement, typically following an initial conversation to determine fit.
Once terms are agreed, an invoice is issued through our accounting and payment systems (Xero and Stripe). That invoice, or a separate written agreement, sets out the specific price, payment schedule, and any cancellation or refund terms that apply to your engagement. These Terms govern your use of the Site itself and do not themselves establish payment obligations or cancellation rights — those are set out in the invoice or agreement provided to you directly.
For the Vision and Vines retreat specifically, travel to and from the retreat location is the responsibility of each guest and is not included in the retreat price unless otherwise stated in your invoice or agreement.
Coaching, Facilitation, and Advisory Engagements
Fees, payment terms, and scope for coaching, facilitation, mastermind, and advisory engagements are set out in a separate agreement or proposal provided to each client before work begins. These Terms apply to your use of the Site itself; the specific terms of any paid engagement are governed by that separate agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Emergent Model™ framework, is the property of Brighton Leadership Group, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
No Professional or Therapeutic Advice
Content on this Site, including coaching, facilitation, and retreat experiences, is intended for personal and professional development purposes. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular results will be achieved through our services.
Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
